DERWENT VALLEY PROBUS CLUB EVENT
Kate Moss, Director of WMM Law, in the Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration practice areas, gave a presentation to the Derwent Valley Probus Club in New Norfolk on 5 June 2017. She spoke about the importance of proper estate planning, Wills, and some of the legal issues that arise if clear modern and comprehensive estate planning is not put in place. Members contributed to the discussion by raising questions that were relevant to their circumstances, including questions about the most effective way to record their wishes if they were to become incapacitated.
WMM Law would like to thank the Derwent Valley Probus Club for the invitation to speak, and for their follow up questions which prompted further discussion about estate planning, estate administration, succession and death.
