Rob Meredith leads WMM Law’s Estates & Trusts Disputes practice area.  Rob’s focus is on providing practical advice and advocacy for our clients who find themselves involved in estate disputes.

Rob practiced as a barrister after graduating from the University of Tasmania in 2010.   He completed his pupillage in 2013, under Justice Stephen Estcourt QC and later under Chris Gunson SC.  Rob joined WMM Law in 2019.

In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Rob was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a leading Tasmanian estate litigation lawyer, practising in the areas of wills & estates litigation, disputes and contested matters.

Rob is a firm and measured advocate for the clients of WMM Law, representing them diligently both in and out of Court.   Rob regularly appears as counsel in Tasmanian courts and tribunals.

Rob is committed to helping others.   He is the President of The Link, a youth health services organisation in Hobart delivering free, confidential, health and wellbeing services for young people.   Rob has served as a board member of several local not-for-profit community organisations.   He has also spent time tutoring in law at the University of Tasmania.
