Megan Bird, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), is an estate administration lawyer at Senior Associate level working with Director Kate Moss and Lawyer Sean Oosthuizen in the Trust and Estate Administration practice area at WMM Law.
Megan works closely with clients requiring assistance with identifying and attending to the necessary tasks following a person’s death, including navigating the legal complexities that arise.
Megan is a graduate of the University of Tasmania with First Class Honours, and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Megan is a member of the Law Society of Tasmania.
In 2023 Megan has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a recommended Tasmanian estate litigation lawyer.
